Primary Flowchart Client V Charity.

Stage 1 ...

Client Registers online to request a confidentiality agreement signed by a director of the charity client must agree to terms and conditions of charity.

Client is asked if they prefer a written or access to the online questionnaire, if help is requested then a staff member is assigned to the client.

Stage 2 ...

A member of staff reviews the questionnaire and prepares a report.

Report reviewed by a senior staff member before submitting to the panel.

Panel reviews the report and gives their decision.

Stage 3 ...

If Project rejected as unsuitable.

Client can Objects and Resubmit with New Data.

If project accepted then proceed to next stage.

 

Stage 4 ...

Develop a plan of action and assess if the project should be an in-house or an outhouse development

If it is assessed as outwits our resources.

The Charity will advise on the selection of a Product Design and Development advisor and suggest possible sources of funding.

If development is assessed as being within our resources then there are two options

Option 1

If funding has to be arranged by the charity, then the client has to agree that the decision to use contract or in-house development teams will rest with the charity and the following rules will apply.

The prototyping costs will be bourn by the charity

The Manufacturing and Marketing will be at the discretion of the Charity.

The client will receive royalty payments (to be agreed by both parties) on profits made by the charity.

 

Stage 5 ...

Option 2

If part funding is arranged by the client then the client has the make the decision to use contract or in-house development teams and the following rules will apply.

The prototyping costs will be arranged between the charity and the client.

The Manufacturing and Marketing will be at the discretion of the client.

The charity will receive royalty payments (to be agreed by both parties) on profits made by the client.

Develop a Project Plan of activities and resources required to carry out the project,
